Sunday appointments are available by request.
Since varicose veins are considered a medical disease, most insurance carriers, including medicare, will cover your treatment if your condition is symptomatic. Our practice is in network with the majority of insurance companies in the area. Our professional insurance specialists will be actively involved in your treatment from obtaining pre-authorization for medically necessary tests and procedures to ensuring we utilize all the benefits in your specific plan. We are in network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO, United Health Care PPO, Cigna PPO, Aetna PPO, Humana PPO, Medicare, and many more. Call our office at 630-369-6644 to verify your insurance.
At Veins Without Surgery, we offer financial assistance so you aren’t forced to go over budget for your varicose vein treatment, including:
- Interest-free financing up to three years
- Acceptance of all Care Credit & major credit cards
- Flexible payment plans for uninsured patients
If you have a symptomatic varicose vein disease (common symptoms include pain, skin irritation, swelling, restless legs, discoloration, bleeding from the veins, skin breakdown and ulceration, etc) then your initial consultation will be covered by most insurance plans and medicare. HMO’s and public aid do not cover this treatment. Our staff will file the paperwork to your insurance company and you will be responsible for co pays and deductibles.
For those who are uninsured or underinsured, we provide a “pay at the time of service” discount of up to 50% for consultation and treatment. Patients with high deductibles may also feel free to choose this option. We also offer short and long term interest-free financing. Please give us a call at 630-369-6644 if you would like more information.
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, kindly provide 24 hours notice. Your consideration in this matter will allow us to accommodate other patients who could benefit from an appointment.
Our facility has treated patients all across Illinois and its neighboring states. We can assist you with your travel needs and provide hotel recommendations close to our offices. We can also provide transportation services on the day of the procedure for patients experiencing driving or physical limitations. We understand that the weather and parking in downtown Chicago can seem intimidating, so we chose a new Chicago location one block west of the Kennedy Expressway with its own, private parking lot.
* Prior notification is required for transportation service.
